Registration & Audition signups for James and the Giant Peach, Jr. are now open

Cast Registration for 4th grade is open until Friday, November 8. Please complete steps 2-5 below to complete your child's registration.

​

CAST: Cast is open to any 5th to 8th grade student. Please complete all 5 steps by Friday, October 25. Students will not be cast if their registration is not complete by this date.

CREWCrew is open to 6th-8th grade students as well. Anyone interested in crew must be able to attend at least one rehearsal a week starting in January, be available for Tech Week rehearsals which are every day starting February 9 and all three shows on February 14, 15 & 16. Please complete steps 2-5 below by Saturday, November 2 to register for crew.

CREW registration is due Friday, November 1.

This year's production will be held at Madeira High School on Friday, February 14, Saturday, February 15 & Sunday, February 16. Please note that the boys basketball tournament IS the same weekend as the play and there are options for boys wishing to participate in both activities. Cast & crew members are expected to attend every rehearsal during Tech Week (which is Monday through Thursday) and all three performances on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Rehearsals will be held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 3:20 - 5:30 starting October 29. We will be rehearsing in small & large groups through Christmas so your child will not need to attend every rehearsal. The calendar on our website will state who needs to attend each rehearsal. Ensembles will likely be called once or twice a week until January when they will be called 2 or 3 days each week.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Wednesday, October 23 & Thursday, October 24: Auditions for solos and ensembles.

Saturday, October 26: Callbacks at 12pm for solo roles. Anyone needing to attend callbacks will be notified via email on Friday, October 25.

Sunday, October 27: Cast list & welcome email will be sent to everyone who auditioned. 

Tuesday, October 29: All cast will attend rehearsal after school until 6:00. We will read through the entire script. 

Thursday, October 31 - NO REHEARSAL

Tuesday, November 5: First rehearsal. List of attendees will be updated by Friday, November 1 and can be found on the Calendar page of our website (which will be accessible after auditions and will require a password that will be sent to everyone when the cast list is emailed).

Sign up for an audition time slot - cast only.

Step 2

Review the Parent/Student Agreement by clicking on the "Agreement" button.

Step 3

Complete the Registration information by clicking the "Register" button.

Step 4

Click on the "Payment" button to pay the participation fee. This year's fee is $115 for cast members and $45 for crew members.

Step 5

Click on the "Volunteer" button to sign up for a committee. Please follow the guidelines on the signup genius.
